Education and Experience

From 2012 to 2022 he studied and worked in one of the leading educational hospitals in Moscow, Russia.

Attended about 35 international conferences, many of them as a speaker. Author of 55 publications both in domestic and foreign literature, co-author of 3 patents.

Conducted training for obstetrician-gynecologists as part of educational seminars for advanced training of doctors. Since 2015, he has trained more than 500 doctors in total.

Area of scientific interests: infertility; benign formations of the uterus and adnexae (endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, adenomyosis, etc.); endoscopy in obstetrics; pelvic organ prolapse; stress urinary incontinence; robot-assisted surgery in gynecology.

Area of interest — minimally invasive surgery of benign and borderline diseases of the female reproductive system.

Clinical practice

Surgical skills include performing laparoscopic surgeries such as:

• myomectomy;
• hysterectomy (removal of the uterus), including for large uteri and patients with a high body mass index;
• treatment of various forms of endometriosis (including deep infiltrative endometriosis);
• surgical treatment of infertility of various etiologies;
• removal of ovarian cysts (including large cysts);
• surgical treatment of uterine prolapse (sacrocolpopexy, pectopexy);
• laparoscopic uterine circlage for habitual pregnancy failure;
• Metroplasty surgery for incomplete uterine scar after cesarean section.

Since 2013, he has performed more than 100 surgeries on the DaVinci Si robotic system: myomectomies, hysterectomies in patients with high body mass index, and sacrocolpopexy. The surgical arsenal includes performing hysteroscopic procedures such as:

• office procedures (without anesthesia) - diagnosis, endometrial biopsy, polypectomy, myomectomy of small submucosal nodes of type 0 and 1, dissection of intrauterine adhesions (including cases of Asherman syndrome of varying degrees);
• hysteroresectoscopy: polypectomies, myomectomies of submucosal nodes type 0−2, endometrial ablation procedures, surgeries for congenital anomalies, resection of residual products of conception.

Diagnosis, conservative and surgical treatment of genital prolapse and urinary disorders are also a separate part of the practice. Surgical skills include performing operations such as:

• vaginal surgery - sling surgeries (TVT-O and TVT, mini slings);
• plastic surgeries with own tissue (colporrhaphy);
• sacro-spinal fixations with sutures and netting;
• treatment with vaginal meshes;
• laparoscopic surgeries: sacrocolpopexy and  pectopexy with the use of mesh prostheses and sutures.

In about 2% of cases, open surgery is performed for the following indications: multiple myomas or large uterine myomas, large ovarian cysts, and the presence of endometriosis of the anterior abdominal wall. Another interesting part of the practice is laparoscopic removal of ovarian cysts during pregnancy.
